A Hearing Ear Poem by Vidur Mohta

A Hearing Ear

Sauntering a hope,
A simmering cloak,
A positive flow,
Harboring a glow,
Where aspirations soar,
With a humongous roar,
Making a noise,
Giving a voice,
To an understanding,
Human nature demanding,
A hearing ear,
With a smile and a tear,
A brick wall,
Supporting through all,
Devoid of adulation,
Presenting a gumption,
A towering inspiration,
Like a ketch in an ocean,
Instilling the notion,
You have the right proportion,
I await,
With eyes ablaze.
