Who works for the better good
Who strives for justice and peace
And who will do what it takes to succeed

A leader who speaks with conviction
And leads with strength and grace
Who faces challenges with courage
And never gives in to fear or hate

A leader who listens with an open heart
And sees the world with clear eyes
Who works to bring out the best
In everyone, of all sizes

A leader who values diversity
And stands up for what is right
Who stands strong in the face of adversity
And never gives up the fight

A leader who has a vision
And is willing to take a stand
Who knows how to inspire and motivate
To help us reach our highest potential and

A leader who is humble and kind
And has the courage of a lion
We thank you for your service and dedication
