A Kinship With The Most Timid Poem by james watkin

A Kinship With The Most Timid

Its quick and easy to admire
A sleek-backed creation
God's fevered hands stroked determinably
Into pounced action.

A kinship and kinder regards
For life's shivery chest!
Bunnies rubbed harmless, once set down
Snuck away quickest.

Deer, of its softening nature
Warm patted following
Into squirrel's bough-wrapped beguilement
Once let go therein.
