A Limerick, 'Bear Habits Laid Bare' - Poem by Douglas Scotney

A sobering spirit in Lagen
Can be heard swearing 'Starving's a bargain!
But enough is enough
(Stuff, stuff, stuff, stuff, stuff) .'
Then retreats, hunting bargains again.

i was trying to figure out the title and used Google.

this is the best i managed to find in a few seconds of my valuable time!

    [thanks, i think, Google]:

    Russian Bears Motorsport - Wikipedia
    https: //en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russian_Bears_Motorsport
Russian Bears Motorsport, also known as SMP Racing, is a Russian auto racing team based in... Van Lagen driving the Lada 110 WTCC car at Brands Hatch in 2008. Van Lagen driving the Lada Priora. The team returned to the WTCC to run.

is the above even CLOSE? ? ? !

ok, NOW i just read the appreciated, though maybe not-too-helpful, Poet's Notes.

i like the rhyming, especially the use of Stuff, stuff, stuff, stuff, stuff) .'

    give me another poem NOW!

    bri :)

Starving's a bargain! If the privation is love then for some the bargain may be a happy contract struck willingly to avoid pain and disappointment. Fortress in solitude, perverse in emotion. (Report) Reply
