A Limit On Intolerence Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

We have crossed the limit of intolerance
We are not in position to draw any reference
The terrorist have thrown open the challenge
Now it must be seen how do we come out and manage

They come at will and strike at the heart of center
There are number of people who act as their mentor
We have still not found out who is their real creator
It is proving difficult for us to control them as cruel actors

It is mad race and everybody is engulfed with its consequences
People are butchered in day light and still we come cross many instances
The earth has changed its color from green to red
We can judge and think but unable to understand and read

What is their primary goal in mind?
How can they be indifferent and unkind?
What do they achieve by killing innocents?
What is purpose behind their unholy movements?

How can religion guide blind faith and be unreasonable?
How passion can be run at highest level and remain uncontrollable?
It is fanatic’s work that is to be countered with strong will
We can’t allow unstoppable game which is aimed at to kill

They are not bothered about their own life
They prefer to live in uncertainty and amidst strife
They are cutting the edges of knife
The situation is still not opportune or ripe

They are killers and known as suicide bombers
They are experts in acrobatics and good climbers
They are trained in all the fields and have expertise
They go in quick action and very boldly summarize

The administrative machinery is facing enormous problem
The terrorists have no national sentiments or have any emblem
Their main motto is to kill and rule over vast land
They can’t be sympathizer or lovely friend

They are not worshippers of the God or almighty
They want to prove themselves as mighty
They are cruel at heart and have no pity
They find no reason in peace and almost strike in cities


The day may be blackened with many more strikes
They may continue to rule and butcher the people with fire from bikes
It is not impossible to control them but needs careful planning
It has to be done with strong resolve and proper awakening

Let free world breathe with peace
Let them pass the time with ease
Why people should live amidst uncertainty?
It is their main concern and must be addressed definitely
