A Need To Feed



Delectable delights
inside of me just right
Fueling forever
a hunger quelled never

Pacify and quiet
this great yearning I feel
Somber with diet
contriving less meal

Super satisfaction
sustained without action
Keenly construing
a dream worth pursuing

Bottomless and empty
is a pit of despair
Listen to noise a-plenty,
jolt up from your chair.
