A No To Desire Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

A No To Desire

Rating: 3.9

The person himself can only be the enemy
The reason can be fame or money
There may be unwanted desire and race
Lot many foes and friends to face

There is no stop to such an ambition
It may be the hidden desire or inhibitions
It all depended on my pure decision
I was to the point with near precision

It was battle between conscience and nature
I was all trying for securing future
It may be my inherent fault
I was feeling pain as if rubbed with the salt

I don’t want go into reasons
It may vary from person to persons
I must think and differently act
It is unreasonable to go for it and react

We go for impossible and dash the hopes
Everybody know that it is difficult to climb on slopes
Slight imbalance may cause your dawn fall
Act wise and respond to the right call

Be well wisher at least for self
There may be hidden wealth in shelf
It is of no use until you get
It is better not to think and forget

The desire is like wild fire
More you satisfy more space it will acquire
It may engulf the style of functioning
You may face lot of questioning

What more you need in life or require?
Who will support you or admire?
You may be damned if acted in haste
The life may be seemed to have spent as waste

So think of entire life span
You may have solid action with revised plan
It may give you some creditability
The result may be in store as per your ability
