This is a stunningly beautifulpoem Nimal. Sandra hit the nail on the head and pointed to something about your poems in general and that is that they are metaphors rather than the metaphor forms part of the narrative. I love the manner in which you use English. The opening line: 'The lonesome who lives far away? ' is outstanding and forces the reader the question the piece right from the start.

Eloquent write. The metaphor of the abandoned soul-ship is especially effective. One of your best efforts, Nimal. Always your friend, Sandra
