Randy and I were lucky to see
A part of John McCornack’s life
It was a pleasure for us to meet John
And Elaine, his sweet wonderful wife

John was truly the perfect host
Showing us his life in Yukon
The Clydesdales I have written about
Helped make it an afternoon of fun

He introduced us to Doug Sauter
Right there at the horse barn
His handlebar mustache
Only adds to his delightful charm

We visited a barn kitty as well
Adding to that last perfect touch
Couldn’t have ask for a better time
We enjoyed it so very much

Thank you, John for taking us
To such a special place to visit
It’s a memory we’ll always cherish
That afternoon was truly exquisite!
