A Part Of Nature Poem by Theresa Ann Moore

A Part Of Nature

Rating: 5.0

Earthly creatures that swim, float, and fly
Are affected by the currents and the tide
Forces of nature have an ongoing influence
Stimulating the persona of absorbing senses

The river flows without a care or woe
Seeking a level of stability as it goes
Rushing with a great force when it rains
Eroding banks are an indication of strain

A sun filled day brings joy and a smile
Drifting clouds travel for many miles
Carrying soothing thoughts that give peace
Enhancing each breath that is released…

I like this second stanza. Says a lot about life and our coping ways. The river flows without a care or woe Seeking a level of stability as it goes Rushing with a great force when it rains Eroding banks are an indication of strain
