to beat ourselves
up over situations
we cannot
change
not even
of our own
making...
don't
be kind
gentle
supportive
scarred
childhoods...
can be a minefield...
accept
what
we
cannot
change
a path
to peace
wisdom...
choose
direct
energy
into
a better
future...
