A Pecker Of Wood Poem by John Paul Butler

A Pecker Of Wood

The woodpecker
Would peck her
If she were a tree
Then the woodpecker
Could peck her
On the cheek like me

But if his pecker
Was made of wood
It would never be
Because if his pecker
Was made of wood
He wouldn't get past me
