Tears like rain as i feel
all of this pain makeing my heart peel.
You enter my day, my emotions whirl
only to find you caught in turmoil.
My only hope is for your smile,
though i know it may take a while.
Even if i only catch a lowly glimpse,
my chest will fill with utter bliss.
So if im granted but one wish
It will be a day to bring you this.
I know it may only be a hug
but i hope it's enough for you to feel snug
for i wish to share the warmth of my heart
so it may last as we're apart
and when you tear up, feeling blue,
you'll feel this warmth inside of you
and it will remind you that i care.
Bring forth that simple smile.
