A Pure Drop In An Ocean Of Noise
Can’t wait ‘till I’m gone, can rest in peace
Live forever without the stress and grief
Can’t push my feelings aside, I’ve died inside
No point trying to swim against the rising tide
The constant pressure, I’m under siege
Everyone waiting for me to under achieve
Believe everybody leaves as the days go on
To too many friends I’ve had to say so long
I feel defeated, beaten and filled with sin
Only person in the race and still won’t win
I feel ugly, bored, tired and sick
I want to stop breathing, I’m dying to quit.
This is a very well constructed poem. It has both rhythm and rhyme. I can find no big flaws of any kind. The content may be a little weak, but a writer who makes the most of it is to be praised. GW62
i have a great point we both rhyme as if we find inspiration from rap...still i don't really dwell to find inspiration i just rhyme because i have grown a custom to in my poem...10 by the way its great
a blanket of hope A blanket of hope that I have Envelops me when I fear Thinking about the future obscure And a past so broken A blanket of hope is a reward Came as blessing from Allah Unto me on a night When my heart was torn out of fright A blanket of hope is all I need To protect me from evil seed That may grow due to lack of trust Unto my one true God Allah A blanket of hope is so warm It keeps me safe and not any more forlorn A brand new ray has flashed unto me As I am sheltered with blanket of hope from thee HOPE IS ALL WE CAN HOLD ON TO TOGETHER WITH STRONG CONVICTION AND FAITH UNSHAKEABLE.............HOPE, TRUST, FAITH....DEATH ISNT THE REMEDY.........LIFE IS JUST A PHASE THAT WILL SOON PASS AWAY........
