A Reason To Believe? Poem by Terry Donovan

A Reason To Believe?

Rating: 3.9

You don't need a reason to believe,
It happens on its own.
Belief belies all logic
And all that's seen and known

For in this world of misery,
Injustice, greed and hate,
Illness, dying, needless pain,
Disasters caused by fate

If there were reason to believe
It would be very odd
That people knowing what they do
Could still believe in God.

Hi Terry, I believe in God and Fate too. I think that everything happens for a reason whether it is good or bad. Excellent Poem and Take care.
