A Rivulet Runs From It Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

A Rivulet Runs From It

A rivulet runs from it
it goes down
down
from crag to crag

there was a child-angel blowing
trumpets over the city
tens of child-angels
in white and snow falling
flakes all around
yet with desire
burning
