A Rustic Trail - Poem by Marilyn Lott

Are we following the trail
Of a man so many adore?
It looks as though he’s been here
It says so on the door

Although it’s a bed and breakfast
It think it’s more than that
I see John Wayne images
Why there’s his face and his hat

It’s a rustic place through and through
I just know you’ll love it, folks
A place to stop and investigate
Oh no, it’s not a joke

You really can spend the night
You can turn back the clocks again
So come and jump on the bus
For it’s right around the bend!

John Wayne was quite a man, bed and breakfast why thats sounds real fine, but will I find Marilyn Monroe? If I can I'll see you soon. Great write Marilyn 10+ (Report) Reply
