it is for health sake
to remain asleep and to remain awake
the worry and pain may be there
but we have to stay here

Not all may find it with favor
Not all the faces may have glamor
still there is like and dislike
it certainly pounds and strike

You may resort to drugs
you may feel the presence of bugs
it has its own way to cause you worry
we must neglect it and not feel sorry

It is of no use to forget it altogether
it may go off gradually and wither
it will not allow you comfortable sleep
even if you hide under pillow and weep

No peace of mind is there with rest
it is critical time and endurance test
not all may come out of it successfully
the responsibility is to be owned fully

No one can afford to be ignorant
the pain comes as instant
it may unseat you completely
You may prefer isolation immediately

No one has moral authority to comment upon
as the struggle might have been lost or won
the same phase takes place with all
someone may be lucky but many may have fall

It is to be taken as routine occurence
it may end up with tough endurance
brave may be those who come out of it and stand
not blame the closeness but stand as friend

It is abuse if some tries to end the mission
the only path open to us is frank admission
it may relieve the agony and pain
it may not go altogether but remain

Let it die out gradually
I has to be borne out individually
it may have chance to unite
f you cool down and do not further ignite

This is basic fundamental and fact
it must be handled with tact
no one dies for simple reason
you must be alive to the situation as tough person

You might have go through phase and struggled
you can not now afford to be drugged
it will not remove any strain
it will damage body and brain

The sensation will be lost
the relation will remain as frost
It will be taken over by prejudice
you may regret it till your demise

The nice way is to face and forget
the peaceful life should be only target
one should not try to cross over the fact
it has to be followed by descent act
