A Sonnet To Darkness Poem by Poetess Of the night

A Sonnet To Darkness

Rating: 5.0

Things get messy when darkness falls.
Silnet nights spent sleeping in a burning
Bed, choking on racing heartbeats.
Never warned about his cherry ice cream
Smile, watching as drops of jupiter glistened
In his sandy blonde hair.
These eyes became so blind to the truth.
Sgins missed alarm bells went unheard.
Wrapped round his finger sitting by the phone waiting for him to call.
Just like all stories secerts never stay secrets for long.
