A Sour Relation Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

A Sour Relation

Rating: 5.0

Dark clouds heavily thundered and poured
I did not see any link as relation had soured
I took it as curse and not blessings
I could see something in it as missing

It was painful joy
All may become happy and enjoy
I considered it as plot or ploy
I had no other reason to advance oe employ

She was all for happy union
I too had good feeling and lien
In normal times I could have definitely considered
Of late I had little suspicion and feared

She may not uter a word for yes or no
I will be in complete dark and won’t know
She might have chosen divergent path
I was shivering with fear even after taking cold bath

I took deep breathing with no gap
It was direct insult and a undeserved slap
It was making me restless with strong resentment
I had no ill feeling but could offer no comment

The ideal bonds depend on good will
They maintain faith and trust with strong zeal
Later on it has to be cemented with seal
It is absolutely clear and nothing to conceal

It definitely sends shock waves
Person is in dilemma and forced to cave
I was no exception to it and wondered
The clouds were meaningless even if they thundered

I was still crazy and thirsty
I had no other reason to feel pity
It has illogical fall out
I was in dark and unsure of its rurn about

It can happen to anyone
I stood there as single one
The sky was threatening with loud noise
I remained speechless with no voice
