A Special Mother For A Special Child - Poem by ratnaprabha raykar

often swelled with pride did i

patting myself for being a mother perfect

crediting myself for all their highs

until....

sighted I a mother with a special child

anticipating his wishes fulfilling them

strengthening him to catch up with the rest

providing a firewall around him

shielding him from the onslaughts of the world

sharing a special bond with her child

more close to her loved one

than I to mine

Your heart deserves to swell with pride,
as for that special mother, i would say
that in her place you would do the same.
All mothers are special and so are you.

strengthening him to catch up with the rest
providing a firewall around him...........................a man in making by true mothering to rave up by his world may be of unsavory yet bolstering him to cope up...as Napoleon once said.... hats off to mother who teaches his child the curves of meaning by the life, wonderful tribute to that mother, wrought ingenious by imagery,10++++, thanks for sharing

leave alone the special mother...you are talking there about a 'special' child...special? to my mind that child needs it perhaps...'to catch up with the rest', isn't it?
a write, a tribute i feel direct to motherhood or to a mother indirect
    a good poem with a purpose inside...10
