A Stay In Eternity Poem by Sumit Ganguly

A Stay In Eternity

Rating: 4.3

My journey starts skiing downhill,
jumping in speed- I'm air borne,
my blood cells rush in thrill, body feels as feather
air and gravity give away,
vision and hearing are blurred.
I enter the land of eternity.

Here essentials of life lie in grave,
thousand shades of green engulf me,
devoid of past or future
I bask in temperate glory of present tense.
Who guides me here?
I don't know, nor do I care.

I'm not happy or sad here
my feeling and senses have flown past me.
Like air or light or enormous ether
I exist only in vacuum state.
Time has melted down as icebergs
now you may call me super consciousness.
