A Steady Pace Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

A steady pace
Saturday,11th July 2020

I reminded me about the film movie
where the scenes ran freely
from continuous build-up romantically
this happens usually

life was so beautiful
and remained colorful
she was all alone for my inspiration
and decored it with dedication

she is no more
but I adored here
in my dreams, and in daily routine
I feel sad and fine too

I stand before her picture
with colorful flowers in hand
my eyes get wet
and let the tears drop

what can be the best tribute?
to a person whose voice has become complete mute
I offer flowers and stand for a minute
I have no words that can suit for the moment

life moves at a steady pace
with gloom on the face
happiness has almost disappeared
life seems barren and almost feared
