A Tear Doesn'T Have To Be Visible Poem by Alexandra Bowden

A Tear Doesn'T Have To Be Visible

A tear doesn't have to be visible,
It doesn't have to fall down your face.
A tear can be hidden inside,
And fall down our heartstrings.

A tear inside,
Is like blood pumping from your heart.
More and more pour out,
And no one can tell it's happening.

You're not crying outloud,
It's you're heart pouring out.
And the pain isn't going away,
It sticks to your vains,
Never letting go.

As your love leaves you,
As pain take over you.
As your heart bats faster,
As my heart slows down.

A tear doesnt have to be visible,
It can lie in your heart,
A tear doesn't have to be seen,
It ca be lodged,
Deep inside.
