A Thought On Thoughts
Our thought can be our friend
Or an inimical serpent,
It can be the light
Or the darkness that blinds,
It can make us stray
Into uncharted ways
Balloon us up with joy
Or break us down like a clay toy.
A good way to control this chap
Is by simply watching unobtrusive his track.
But be careful not to tread on his toes,
So better follow him softly on tiptoes.
Balloon us up with joy... nice one on human psychology...10 go with and be armed with teeth control on thought is must with self confidence and trust
Balloon is deceptive though it often takes up. The clay toy is more honest yet. We are helpless. A fine poem from you sir.
