A Tired Morning - Poem by Michael P. McParland
A tired morning my dear I want to spend
for a little while here in bed
held within each others loving arms.
A few hours of kind and caring loving peace,
the things of hopeful dreams
would be you here with me.
A tired morning with my beautiful woman
sharing kisses a few more resting hours
is what I long for and desire.
Looking forward to waking and saying
I love you Kira now let's rise
and face a bright new day together.
Everything is renewed, bright and hopeful
with my true love and only Angel.
Let's snuggle here for a few more hours
then face the day so strong knowing
we cannot be beaten standing so very tall together.
