When Spring makes her graceful appearance
Like a pretty maiden,
Making her presence felt like a model,
Mainly in parks, lakes and gardens,
It's like Miss Spring walking down the ramp,
With style, gait and poise;
The flowering plants,
The flowering trees,
Greet her with the warmth of sunshine,
Like a burst of applause from the audience,
The trees and flowers radiant with joy
Embrace the Lady Spring with love.
Look at these bright red blooms,
Warm and caring,
Trailing along the fence,
Like little charming fairies,
Waving their dainty wings with fervour
And felicity of a dancing queen.
