A Tree In A Wood Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

A Tree In A Wood

a tree in a wood
high over the others
a wind that blows high
high over the others
a windmill that blows
blows over the others
a whirlwind that flies
flies more than sere leaves
and waters of fountain of night
that high burst up more high
than the fountain of day
of beauties and wreaths a canopy
by fairy hands dressed
for Queen of the Fairies panoply.
