A Trophy Husband Poem by Randy McClave

A Trophy Husband

He's a trophy husband he has many times posted
Many times in the mirror himself he has also toasted,
A great trophy he is to his wife he has boasted
Maybe someday at a party, he will be cheered and roasted.

A trophy husband he says that he is indeed
That is his posts, if you or anyone else happens to read,
And to that fact his wife and his friends have staunchly agreed
He is of course, he's a very special breed.

A trophy husband he is, he will always say
With every comment and in every moment and on every day,
But, his wife snickers and smirks and says that's okay
Because it was her she says, that made him that way.
