A Turture Night. Poem by Mahesh Kumar Mahapatra Mahesh

A Turture Night.

Rating: 4.6

๐ŸŒšA Torture night.๐ŸŒš

When dusk downs.
After dark covers the sky.
Night becomes so cruel for me.

Loneliness covers me with it's blanket.
Painful memories return to their nest.
They expel my Slumber for their best.
My drowse eyes again start to lament.

All the night, I weep with the moon light.
All the stars spread their luminosity.
My saddest tear flows like a long inlet.
But my ignited heart never names to abate.

The brightest day returns again,
With some new tasks and plans.
With a Khaki smile and jaded brain,
I start my day by hiding all the pains.

Good poetic value. Optimistic end makes a reader happy. Optimism makes a man, it never breaks. Loved reading
