Santosh Misra Poems

A terrible evolution of time andtides of life
Has caused me to relinquish
The joys of radical pleasure
And The moonlit night is not extradited
...

Yes, I love the roses
Even more than myself
Despite I get cursed in - between
The thorns, and bleeding.
...

The day escapes leaving space to night
Thus completing a cycle of time
To restart with a new dawn,
With baskets of beauty in Nature
...

THE FEAR OF IMMOLATED HUNGER

Of course,
By the time a hellacious relationship
...

NO DESIRE IMPLIES NO DISTRESS

When needs subjugate expectations
Untamed desires
...

A CONTRASTING SALVATION

When heaps of pernicious satire
Pierce the heart

THE DAWN AND THE DUSK

The dusk has set in

THE REGALING DELIGHTS.

The morning Sun was unusually cool today.
The horizon in the east interestingly

THE FROWNS OF THE HORIZON

It is neither strange
Nor is it an aroma of any bizarre behaviour

THE SHROUD OF VERACITY

THE TRUST OF LOVE

A trust of love
Agreed mutually for a longer span of time

THE SLIPS

Yes, there are slips
In between the cup and the lips.
...

FOR A REASON

When in total distress
I strech my hands to beseech the blessings of God
...

It pintches
When own allies strive
To make you continually feel
Being understimated In evry seconds
...

I cry for the fervor of your empressements
In the ice cold winter morning
With a chilled environment around.
I don't even mind missing an heat emitting fire-pot
...

It pains to conceive,
The cluster of hatreds towards me
frozen in you.
The soul bursts with animosity to retaliate
...

A FIRE-BRAND SMILE.

I am not surprised
When tears roll down my cheeks

Peace and Love

Though not too late
To discover me amidst

The Best Poem Of Santosh Misra

The Moonlit Night

A terrible evolution of time andtides of life
Has caused me to relinquish
The joys of radical pleasure
And The moonlit night is not extradited
Despite the abundance of its
Magical attraction and celestial nurture.

Its magnetic touch certainly fails now
To make me thrill in my solitude,
And all, otherwise, I am not so eager
To quest for a companion.

Minus my noble partner
Who can else walk in hands with me for miles,
Soaked in the bright beams
Before the next dawn.

All I wish, you would join me
And make me to run with you
As a high-way man
Ever in the dazzles of the scared beams of
The Moonlit Night
