It cannot breathe nor eat
Its heart might not even beat
Birthing it would be a feat
Almost like a parasite
It has no hearing and no sight
Practically just a blight
Just pain and pain and then repeat
For a mother ever so sweet
The kindest person you'll ever meet
Despite her might
And her will to fight
The government decides that this pain is right
It's ever so bittersweet
A child she can't keep nor treat
For one drunken night
One tiny little oversight
