A Wall Of Fire Poem by Aplier Hao

A Wall Of Fire

Rating: 3.0

I tell it to go to there.
It won't.
I tell it to find me information one hundred times.
One hundred times it comes back empty-handed.
I ask it to go find a game.
It finds nothing.
I ask it what bars its path.
It doesn't tell me.
If I request it goes somewhere,
It just stays.
Somewhere else,
It deems the place unfit for me.
Ok, let's find another way.
NO! It replies.
I'll get around it.
I can't.

Why do my efforts go for naught?
What is in the way?
A wall of fire.

A firewall.

Damn school!

This is a simple writing about a simple thing and I cannot recommend it for the readers. I find no creativity or special characteristics of an outstanding poem. This is not a bad thing, it just isn't a good thing. GW62
