A-Wandering With You Poem by Richard W. Jenkins

A-Wandering With You

Rating: 5.0

Many are those times
when I've dreamt in rhymes
we've gone hand-in-hand
wand'ring 'cross the land

there beneath blue skies
gazing in your eyes
on soft leaves we laid
whispers softly made

kisses to your hair
sparks of passion flare
soft lips moist and warm
sweet to mine conform

pressing frame to frame
nudges light the flame
feet and legs entwine
ahhh, such feeling's fine

wand'ring hands explore
'tis what wand'ring's for
how we wander so
only we will know.
