A Week Of Silence Poem by Dennis Go

A Week Of Silence

Rating: 5.0

A week of silence
Then a goner.

Readily, situated
On obituaries;
It stays there, swollen
With the cut of silence.

Light me a lamp
For the bandage
To be covered
On a wounded skin.

Quietude,
Be the medication
And cure
A week's illness.
