A Wig Poem by Randy McClave

A Wig

Sometimes she's too lazy to mess with her hair
So, she bought herself a wig to wear up there,
With her wig she don't have to straighten or color or curl
And it already has her signature installed twirl.
She don't have to worry about going to a hairdresser
Or to a salon where they don't have to mess with her,
She don't have to worry about expensive shampoos
She don't have to read or worry about the correct one to choose.
Now she can change her wig as much as she'll change a dress
Easier and now for her to get ready and to impress,
Now maybe she'll be a part of someone's history
Maybe now she will be a mystery.
