詩情人咀嚼
寂寞志消磨
入定禪恬淡
無為心靜和


A Zen Poem

The poetic feelings
people masticate

Loneliness
polishes ambition

Sit quietly and meditate
Zen is indifferent to fame or gain

Our hearts are quiet and peaceful
in inaction
