Aaurat- Dedicated To Girls Like Nirbhaya
Aaurat; puji jaati hai mandiro me,
kehlati hai shakti hamare desh mein,
lekin phir v kyun na milta samman inhe? ? ? ? ?
Kyun lagata samaj hum par pabandiyan,
kyun bandhi jaati hai hamare pairo me bediyaan? ,
kya galti hai hum betiyon ki?
Jo hota hai atyachar sirf humi par yahan? ,
Ab bas bahut ho gaya atyachar,
ab na karenge hum or bardasht,
socho na kamzoor hame,
kyun ki aa gaye hum apne pe,
toh kar sakte h tahas nahas hum ye samaj.....
We girls are not safe in any place i just want to say plz don't change us, don't blame us.so what if we are girls we also have right to live peacefully, happily, with freedom.
Instead of changing us nd our clothes, plz change ur point of view.
Plz help every girl who are being harrased Don't think she is not from ur family.coz someday ur sister, mother, ur frnd, ur daughter, wife.could go through the same situation.
So plz speak up against violence, eve teasing, rape.

Hi Tripsha, Very sincere and evocative poem. Yes, it is time the society changed its ways. In India, as you have written, Women were worshiped. They are still considered as Shakti. But there are households, where the girlchild is unwanted.And thrown away; or killed in the womb. As father of a very charming girl, I can tell you, everybody that it is really a wonderful feeling to be father of a daughter. Wonderfully expressed. Enjoyed reading your lovely poem. full 10+++
