Your hometown sounds like such a wonderful place to grow up! Thank you for sharing this slice of your memories with all of us! Excellently penned!
I, too, love my old hometown. It has no stores and no traffic lights. The old two-room schoolhouse that I attended has been torn down. Students now travel by bus to another town a few miles away.
