Abhorrent Treatment Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Abhorrent Treatment

Sitting here at the Trump rally here in Phoenix, Arizona,
if it wasn't for Trump coming here to the Convention Center,
I wouldn't have bothered.

The Secret Service this time was so utterly rude, as were
others who organized this rally, disorganization abounding,
treating handicapped people like cattle.

Having no regard whatsoever for those with walkers, canes
and wheelchairs, not caring what they needed, knowing that
Trump would be furious if he knew what happened to us.

Supporting, our President, being a VIP volunteer, supposed
to sit behind Trump, instead having to sit below on a walker,
being treated like trash by secret service and organizers,
definitely abhorrent and ridiculous.

In spite of the treatment had, still supporting my President,
for he has already started making America great again, will
be a VIP volunteer for him every time.
