About Tomorrow Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

No one knows about tomorrow
Exactly unsure but still allow
Some of the wishes to succeed
As that may be the real need

How will we know it in advance?
Can we take it as chance?
Sleep in bed with dreams
And surrender completely to Him

The sun is sure of rising
So are our aims in promising
Let sun rise with golden rays
But it will be only few hours away

Those few hours take our heart out
We are seized with thoughts to talk about
But uncertainty blurs complete picture
Hopes and wishes survive for sure

If we had no wishes to live on
Past might have remained and not gone
Present might have been like long cold nights
Where person may not sleep in night but only fight

This keeps our ambition too on tight rope
There may high rise or steep slope
It makes person to go and dash against
As it is strong resolve with deep interest
