Aching And Longing - Poem by Michael P. McParland
I'm aching and longing so much
to have you here in my arms
and to just show you how much I care.
I know if you just looked in my eyes
without me hiding a thing
you would see it all and feel such peace in your heart.
I ache so much and so bad
to just have you near and hold you so close.
I long for you sweet one
because I care so very much and want you
to be here to rest your head upon my chest
and listen while I stroke your hair and rub your back
to just how for you my heart stays alive and beats.
I ache for you my sweet Kira and to have you
eternally in my loving arms.
I ache and I long to show you just how wonderful
I know you are.
Kira you are amazing and my only best friend
and I long so much to sit here and hold your hand,
you are so beautiful and so very kind
I pray you'll soon return so I can
give you all of my sweet love and kisses in return.
I love you Kira and an eternal flame for you
inside me brightly burns.
I love you so deeply and yearn for you always and now.
My sweet Kira I long and I ache for you so very bad
and just wish I could hold you right now,
to see your smile and your sparkling eyes.
I want to look upon you in love for the longest while,
I want to say I love you through my eyes and smile,
I want to say I love you with the tears of joy I would be crying.
I ache for you sweet one and I need you here my dear Angel.
I ache so often and sometimes so bad that
all I can do is lay in bed.
I dream of you and giving sweet kisses,
I send you all of my love with everything I hold for you.
I miss you sweet lady and I long in pure passion,
I want to give you everything that I have within me.
I love you sweet Kira and I ache to see you and touch you,
I need you so badly because I love you so deeply,
Kira my lady I ache for and long to hold you so badly.
