Against Wishes Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Against Wishes

It was always you
Whenever I was passing through
Street or road
I was feeling dumb and dead

How could I control?
With your call
If was arranged in night
I was not feeling right

You made it as good show
But I had to go
Against wishes
As early morning rushed

There after I have become restless
With lots of worries on face
What shall happen?
Even though I have felt as if living in heaven

Your arm
Made me fully aware and warm
I saw no harm
As there was no need to alarm
