Air Hostess With Golden Heart
AIR HOSTESS WITH GOLDEN HEART
air hostess served non-veg.meal
can't blame her for lack of zeal
the order was for veg platter
as an error it was, simple matter
even the passenger took it lightly
pointed, to.supervisor, rightly
the hostess rushed, and replaced, meal
apologized; bad vibes, if any, healed
matter should have ended there and then
but supervisor, 'had' to teach, lesson
and in.public slapped.the.hostess
who.took pain.in her stride, God bless!
reply in kind? she didn't; it was her call
else, might have, lead to in-flight brawl
and, Captain, at.an airport in view,
might have.deplaned.errant crew
this would have caused.passenger ire
for the airlines, it would have been dire
the hostess displayed.presence of mind
her.bad luck, she met a human fiend
the flight landed safe.at Frankfurt
thanks to air-hostess with.golden heart
in this sad saga, what is next?
airlines should ensure, culprit is fixed

This is a good example to show how an inadvertent error got magnified in the eyes of a fiend like supervisor! Yet the graceful reaction of the victim, here the air hostess, saved a brawl from brewing! Some people are so pugnacious by nature! In such cases, instead of going for a policy of 'tooth for tooth', a little diplomacy, some self restraint or prudence can calm down an other wise haughty scene!
