Ajax

He knows it
-knows it well
-knows of the MI6, CIA
-and their works
-internal, external…
-their actions in Iran…
I listened
-let him talk
-as teacher; he went on
-I compared in my mind
Reactions of nineteen seventy nine:
-down with the USA and the rest…

In school and after
-I have learned
-each action is cause for
-reaction
-the same in quantum
-opposite direction
Khomeini, possibly, caused us harm
-but surely he was right
-he knew Ajax well
-he could not gather faith
-in London-Washington
After him came others,
-all of lambs of silence
-whoever knew of
-the Western involvement
-in our lives…
They stood with their fists
-with posters
-slogans
-finally guns and bombs
-if not sword and or knife
I therefore must, will shout
-men, women in White House
-and elsewhere similar
-think of it
-of Ajax
