Aleppo And Mosul Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Aleppo And Mosul

Aleppo and Mosul

Two cities, same region
Almost all are Muslims
Language is the same
Both cities in blood
Foreign cause invaders.

If you watched the debate
You, like me shout; cry:

It is shame
It is shame
It is shame

Games' nature is the same
Though differ Players
One is damned, one praised.

It is shame
It is shame
It is shame

Two grounds to use, test
Falling bombs, armaments
And locals seem worthless

It is shame
It is shame
It is shame

Destroyed both cities
Claim is "want to save"
If honest in judgement:

It is shame
It is shame
It is shame

Tired of lullabies
For ears that are deaf
Let me go, better die.
