All Hearts Poem by Alexander Thomas

All Hearts

Rating: 5.0

All boxes and bows and ribbons and strings,
All velvet and lace and all the pretty things,
And the heart sings!

All nimble and exquisite and precious it grasps,
All diamonds and silver and gold it clasps,
And the soul gasps!

All red and pink and blue scattered roses,
All kisses and hugs and assorted poses,
A faithful promise proposes!

All wishes and music and poetry in reams,
All doting and passionate and gushing it streams,
Romance beyond our wildest dreams!

All sparkling and popping and flowing in a fizz!
All whirling and flying and exploding with a whizz!
All the pleasure that is hers and his!

All smiles and ecstasy and caresses and butterflies,
All love and tenderness and breathless cries,
Together what a glorious prize!
