Always A Saviour Poem by Stewie Johnson

Always A Saviour

A planets’ destruction,
Wasted civilization,
Desperate agony,
A trapped heart,
Wrenching fear,

Watched from above,
Wrath without pity,
Shock without mercy,
Lost breath of a hundred souls,

Hatred in chaos,
Chaos through hatred,
Life ignored,
Jealousy,
Selfishness.

A past without a future,
A place full of youth,
Changed in a moment,
Without warning,
Destiny ended,

Painful admiration,
Silent death,
Peering through the gap of fire,
Comes the one called peace,
Life begins again in his/her wake

Cures the world
Cures the pain,
Extinguish the thoughts of the Destroyer.

He has but a single name,
None know of it.
Peace is the salvation from Destruction.
