Always Late Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Always Late

We know it fully well
And people also do tell
Do everything good
With life’s gospel fully understood

Be a stage actor
And play the role of moderator
With all ups and down
You shall become known

The life shall be either success
Or remain stagnant with no access
The happiness shall be miles away
You will be pulling cart in different way

Whole world may seem as an impossible dream
The material comfort may be your prime concern
The time may always elude from gaining upper hand
You will more foes than friends

You are tired with all burdens
No comfort is provided by children
You are at the mercy of fate
Everything seems as distant dream that has to come always late
