Am Not Upto Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

I am not exactly what I am supposed to be
I am prisoner of conscience and not free
I surrender to ill wishes and temptation
Is there any link or some relation?

Mind is true reflection of thoughts?
It may be constantly seized with rights
How easy win can be scored over adversary?
Many tips may come for to take action necessary

We have learnt enough about the dubious distinction
Life is full of struggle and involves frictions
How to counter and overcome remains only worry?
There is no time to say sorry

You can't live easily with honest means
There is lose of face and no clear wins
You struggle hard and don’t emerge as winner
You loose the race and chances become thinner and thinner

Still we opt for short cuts
There are many ifs and buts
It is greatest tragedy if insensibly we act
If goes wrong then we angrily react

Large black clouds shadow thoughts and career
They bring gloom and prove as strong barrier
I got to remove them before it is too late
I can't buy any arguments for or against the fate

Means doesn't justify at the end
It has to be forceful with positive trend
If there has to be some bold action with attitude
It must come off with powerful magnitude

Nothing moves on by simple adoption of ways
Everything can't remain same in all the days
It has to be tackled by options that are open
We can't wait for it again to reopen

The end may speak of your intention
You must take all prevention
You might be exposed for the way that you adopted
No one may go into question and ask why you co-opted?


You got to be offensive without double standard
This is the only way you must look forward
The most of people are thriving on deception
You can survive without it from inception

It may give you enough joy at its redemption
You may feel relieved with out having any exemption
You may still be looking forward with simple exception
It is not the proper way to go ahead with weak application

The action should speak louder than words
Its action may take you forward
Nothing can stop you from getting success
You have enough room for access

Try to act honest
It is always best
Don’t leave everything to luck
You will be simply struck
